Royal Enfield Hunter 350 Lineup in India Expands with New Base Premium Variant

Royal Enfield has expanded its Hunter 350 range in India with a new Base Premium variant, aimed at offering a better-equipped option while retaining the model’s affordable pricing.

Positioned above the entry-level version, the Base Premium brings key hardward upgrades aimed at improving usability. It replaces the spoke wheels with 17-inch alloy wheels and tubeless tyres, while retaining the same tyre sizes as the base model (100-section front and 120-section rear).

Lighting has also been revised, with the Base Premium receiving a higher-output halogen headlamp along with a pilot lamp setup for improved visibility. A USB-C charging port is also included, mounted near the handlebar for basic device charging convenience.

In addition to the new variant, the brand has refreshed the colour lineup for the top trim. Among the new options are Mumbai Yellow, featuring bold contrasting accents, and Moonshot White, which adopts a more modern graphic treatment.

However, there are no mechanical revisions. The Hunter 350 continues with its 349cc air/oil-cooled engine, delivering 20.2 bhp at 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. This is paired with a 5-speed transmission, with a slip-and-assist clutch remaining standard across all variants.

With this update, the Hunter 350 lineup now spans four variants—Base, Base Premium, Mid, and Top—further strengthening its appeal as a versatile, entry-level roadster.

The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 series is also available in the Nepali market, where it is priced between NPR 4.94 lakh and NPR 4.99 lakh, positioning it as one of the more accessible motorcycles in Royal Enfield’s lineup.
